Participation in the 3rd Photo Festival 2024

My two photographs from the series “Secrets” taken using pinhole photography will be exhibited at the “Review of Photography in Old and Alternative Techniques” as part of the Fotoperferie 2024 Festival.

The exhibition will be presented in the period from 28.04.2024 to 07.06.2024.

‘A review of photography in old and alternative techniques’ takes place at the BWA Dolna Gallery in Kielce for the third time – and for the second time within the framework of the FOTOPERYFERIE Photographic Festival, of which it is an essential part. This significance lies in the fulfilment of the formula of this new festival in Kielce, which by definition penetrates and presents the ‘fringes – peripheries’ of the broad current of artistic photography. This is where artistic creations created both in old and alternative techniques and those – from the category of contemporary art – in which photography plays the role of one of the essential means of expression are located.

The “Review of Photography in Old and Alternative Techniques” itself – with partial modifications – follows the principles established by the creators of its concept: Janusz Drobisz and Damian Gaszczyk, who previously realised it in the Silesian galleries of Katowice, Zabrze and Bytom.
